BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Rates are quoted in South African Rands and are calculated on the basis of the amount of guest
  occupying an apartment and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
• Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out from 11h00.
• Rates are exclusive of breakfast. Apartments are fully equipped and self catering
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due on arrival
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.

• We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
• Personal cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made with management
• FlatRock Suites reserves the right to amend the rates and rate periods at any time
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing
• Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by the Hotel, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation.
• Up to 14 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee applicable
• 13-7 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee will be charged of the total stay
• 6-0 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee will be charge of the total stay
• In the event of a no-show - 100% cancellation fee will be charge of the total stay

CHILD POLICY:

• Children are welcome in all Suites.
• Children aged 0-11 years stay free of charge.
